Kessler Park is one of the more interesting and affordable historic areas to purchase a home in Dallas. Located south of Dallas, this is a great choice for a homeowner who works in the central downtown business district. Homes start at about $150,000. Many were built in the early 1900s. This is an oasis in the city.
